I have a 61 and it's my favorite truck ever. Right now it's sleeping in the garage. I am currently hunting for a fun little small block to drop in and get her going!

I got hooked on the TF bug myself, and my oldest, 18 now, has no interest in cars, but my 10 year old will probably end up with a 60-66 truck. I've always liked them so he may get one. They drive way better than my old straight axle stuff. We'll see what I find for him on the cheap in about 4 years.

Although I do also like the late 50s ones and the late 60s. But I got my favorite, a 61. Ha ha, and the guy who was born in 78? But I am a child of the 60's. I love the wrap around windshields.I think that ended in 63. Supposedly the interior is similiar to the Vettes of that year. We have a pretty active Texican Contingent -- if you ever get over to the DFW area, that's where they seem to congregate. Not a bad bunch, just don't tell 'em I said so.
Welcome, John
