Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Jul 2007 Posts: 12 New Guy | | New Guy Joined: Jul 2007 Posts: 12 | Hey, I'm building a '59 261 that will have an adapter plate for a raised water pump. In regards to fuel and vaccum advance line routing I was wondering if it could be as simple as ordering both lines for a '50-'53 era 235 with rochester carb (what I have on my 261)? I would imagine they would be routed for the raised pump already. Or should I just buy line, fittings and a flaring tool, and do it myself. Tried to look for a similar topic but didn't see one. | | | | | Joined: Sep 2001 Posts: 29,270 Bubba - Curmudgeon | | Bubba - Curmudgeon Joined: Sep 2001 Posts: 29,270 | Buy them (fuel & vacuum lines) for a 54/55-1st 235 (truck) and all will be fine (I would think the 50-53 lines would also work OK).
