I want to put a newer seat in my 64 c-10. What im looking for is a bench seat with a pull down center console like in a newer dodge truck. Does anyone know what seats will fit?

Firefighter,

I've got a split bench (driver's seat moves, the rest of the bench is stationary) in my '66 C-10. I believe it's out of an '84 Chevy pickup. To the best of my knowledge the interior dimensions haven't changed much since they lost the Fat Fenders. The floor is flat, so just about anything should fit. If ya like the Dodge seat, I'd hit the salvage yards for one of them.

You may want to look at GM trucks from 88-98. Regular cab trucks SLE or higher. (SLE is a GMC level. SL, SLE, SLT) SLE's had nice cloth seats with a fold down armrest and they are JUST slightly wider than a 60-66 can take. But height is good and the brackets will work. You just have to have an upholsterer narrow it slightly or slam the door a little harder. (It's only the foam that is too wide.) Personally I wouldn't put Dodge stuff in my GM truck, but hey that's just me!

i put one of the dodge seats in my 72 chevy. had to work on the rails every one thinks it came that way.

now the 67-68 chevy cst trucks had a seat like the dodge. and a 67-72 seat will bolt right in a 64.
