For helping keep this great

on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Jan 2007 Posts: 99 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Jan 2007 Posts: 99 | Hey guys, Last fall I put new wheels and tires on my '51 Chevy 3604. When I turn the wheels to about 45 degrees, the two front wheels start rubbing. These wheels are a tight fit and my installer put weights on the inside of the wheel as well as outside. I think it is rubbing on them. Where can I find an 8-lug wheels spacer? I see them for 6-lug but not for 8-lug. I don't need much additional space but a little will make the difference. Thanks for your help, Jeff. | | | | | Joined: Mar 2002 Posts: 9,115 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Mar 2002 Posts: 9,115 | The ones that I have seen for sale are aluminum. I have seen them in Ebay stores. I had my 8 lug wheels balanced with tape weights used on the inside.
