A few months ago I did the T-5 conversion using info I gathered from this board and several other sources but for one reason or another, circumstances and conditions prevented me from really trying it out on the road. Well yesterday my good friend Chino and I were able to get it on the road, let me tell you what a big difference over the stock setup this T-5 makes. I was able to cruise along with everybody else on the freeway. I highly recommend the conversion.

Good going Chato. Just make sure your brakes are in top condition.

Did you use a unit from an S-10? Can you post some pictures of the installation?

Thanks Cosmo, yes the T-5 I used came out of an S-10, I did upgrade my brake system to a dual master cylinder a few years back along with all new wheel cylinders, hardware, etc. I did not take any pictures of the install though all the info I used for reference I found online. Thanks again.
