The one I have has a paper label on it. They also made plastic bottles in later years that fit into the same bracket.

Those diagrams look like the bottle is mounted where the voltage regulator is? If anyone has installed a washer system on a 55.2 I'd love to see pictures.

The OptiKleen bottle was just used to refill the plastic jug when it was empty. My 64 Impala also has a plastic jug like what you showed.
