How interchangeable are these frames? I have a 46 1 1/2 ton cab I would like to put on a 50 1/2 ton frame.

I think the stock answer is with enough time and money you can make anything fit anything...

Check the '45 Chevy on C30 running gear WingedExpress .

Winged Express has an Art Deco truck cab mounted on an Advance Design truck frame with C30 suspension under that frame.

Its not going to be original, and its not likely to be a simple bolt up operation, but if you aren't afraid of fabrication it won't be as bad as some frame swaps would be.

It will fit pretty good, but you will have to modify some of your brackets( bumper,running boards).The ad frame tapers in at the front more than the art deco frame.no major fabricating.
