I'm just passing this along as some of you may be interested... it will be gone in a couple of hours.
For those who wish to put a 2 or 4 barrel carb and better mix & flow on your motors. The water heat manifold is needed for street use as this intake is not connected to the exhaust to heat the manifold as the stock ones are.

Is this information being passed on or did you have a question about it? Just curious.

Exactly a hundred bucks more than I paid for mine!!! eek

But on the positive side it is 42.50 cheaper than getting one from Clifford Performance.

What makes it any different/better than a stock manifold? Different carb mounting?

an idea is only stupid if you think about it rationally.

The runners are designed for better flow, and you can put a 2 or 4 barrel carb on it.

That one is for the newer series engine. Here is one for the older sixes. It does flow better, and makes an attempt at getting enough fuel to the end cylinders, but dual or triple carbs work even better. The problem is still that the intake runners are of uneven lengths.
