Sounds like you'd have to get the 3 spd. shifter linkage and the transmission as well as the transmission floor cover. If putting in the new linkage from the tranny up the column doesn't sound too complicated to you, switching the actual trannies isn't any different than R n'R'ing a tranny for a clutch job.
