Will it weaken my frame to much if I cut out rear engine crossmember on my 62 Panel ? Its in the way for my 350/350 engine swap. Or is there other options I can use to get this done ? Thanks TOM

Hy Tom 1954, are we talking about a 1/2 ton frame with the "X" member in the center? If the crossmember is used solely for the engine rear support, and not involved with the suspension, then I would say you could remove it.
