They are very good shape with a few minor dents (not beat up). The side angles that meet the bed floor are fair (good enough for a driver). For a nice restoration, you would need new angles. $100 each for the sides. Don't know what the shipping cost would be. If you are not in a hurry, I get to Milwaukee each year, not sure when this year. I'm in the Kansas City area.
