I'm looking for a supplier for body tools such as sanding blocks, files, sanders, etc. Does anyone know of a company, besides Eastwood, that has mail order for these type of tools at reasonable prices?

Tptools.com has a good supply of stuff. They have a nice selection of hammers, dollies and other metal working stuff.

Try checking your local craigslist and if you have a pawn shop that deals with tools. Unfortunately, a lot of guys are selling their tools with the economic downturn.
