Has anyone ever used the HTS-528 for body work?

davidn,

Do let us know how it works. I have done lots of TIG on aluminum and have welded up the frame on a kinetic sculpture out of aluminum strut using a flux cored torch rod that was expensive, but worked incredibly well. The sculpture finished the three day race over tough terrain and, nary a weld failure.

Reading the dope on the HTS site you linked turned me off big time. The facts are misleading, false and just plain 'snake oil', so it will be interesting to see how this product performs.
