Does annyone know where I can get some 0.100 or 0.125 pistons for a 261 chevy?

Patricks sells .080" max. If you want bigger you probably have to order them from a custom manufacturer like Ross or J&E or Wiseco, or similar companies. I would leave some rebuild room in it, and anyway you should sonic test for those kinda bores! Coreshift could easily cause you to ruin your block @ .100" over

It looks like this one is going to get a set of sleeves, that will leave room for future rebuilds.
