Hello,

I have to assemble a 1952 Chevy 3100 for a friend but I have not disassembled the car so it is very complicated to assemble it sometimes. At the morment I am working at the parking brake and I wonder if there was a washer or bearing or so between the bracket and cross shaft and if the lock pin was a pin or a screw ? I took some photos : http://aol.pixum.de/album/image/id/3203657/page/1

Thanks for your help

Tom

Sorry but your picture album needs a password to view it.
If this is the shaft that you are talking about then to the right of the shaft where it goes through the panel there is a large washer and cotter pin that retain its side word movement.
Scroll through the album, there are a lot of pictures that may be of help to you in the reassembly of the truck.
