He said when you do the timing you need to disconnect the vacuum advance AND plug the vacuum line. Is this the way it's done? | | |

The initial timeing is set without any advance. It,s not absolutly nessesary to plug the line but it may efect the idle.Fed- Ex drivers may make good mechanics.
