There are 3 cross members. The front one bolts to the front bed panel and has a wood block under it that bolts to the frame. The rear has a wood block and bolts to the frame. What about the middle one that is formed to go over top of the fuel tank? there are no holes in the frame and there were no wood blocks in the kit.

it doesnt bolt to the frame its just sapport(sp)for the bed floor.
