Any idea where to locate a new set of stock coil springs (or slightly used) for a sagging 1960 GMC 100(longbed stepside). Poor thing is raring to go, but the original springs are starting to sag something fierce! It seems everyone has them for a 63 on up, but not the earlier ones.

A spring shop can re-arch leaf springs. I'd call and see if they can re-heat treat coils.

PS: If you want used springs or any other parts, post in the swap meet, not here.

It does not have coil springs on the front. They use torsion bars. They are adjustable if the adjustments are not froze up.

They say money can't buy happiness. It can buy old Chevy trucks though. Same thing.
