#42748 07/05/2002 6:46 AM | Joined: Apr 2002 Posts: 42 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Apr 2002 Posts: 42 | I HAve so far blown 2 head gaskets on my 50 chevy one ton with a 235 six in it and i dont know what would cause this, I am selling it and cant fix it again but would like to learn some from this expeirence so if i have to apply it to my 1954 four door Hudson Hornet  i will know a little more than i do now. So do any of ya'll have any ideas on this, The head was clean when i put the gasket on at least i think so. Any help would be good and thank you in advance Hudson | | |

If it's warped, it won't matter how many new head gaskets you put in, they will continue to blow. If you ever have another truck or car that has a blown head gasket, take it in and have a mechanic check the head, and shave it if neccesary. good luck.
