I come up with an inside bead width of 6 in. (not 6.5 like I thought). The inside mounting surface is setback 3 3/4 in. from the outside of the bead. These rims work with 235-85R16 tires (Michelin highway treads) which came off my '90 D**** 3/4T. One of the tire shops in town said they could order them so they should be available everywhere. 1948 3/4-Ton 5-Window Flatbed Chevrolet 34 Years. They won't hold the original hubcaps but I'm not worrying about that now. Isn't there a way to mount clips on them? 1948 3/4-Ton 5-Window Flatbed Chevrolet 34 Years. I got my wheels from a 91 mounted and on my rears, there is barely enough room to clear the inside of the wheel well, setback is that much deeper. Looking at machining some spacers for the front to use with the same wheels, looking at almost 2 inches difference, but I have to check the kingpin geometry.

They fit on a **** e250 Van and Dodge 3/4 ton ($35.00). The hub caps fit (after adding clips). The clips have to be bent a different way to make this work, but it is easy. The Caps do not fit as snug as the original rims but the clips will hold them in. I needed wheel spacers for my front end. I first thought 1/4 inch spacer would do but when the balance weight was added to the rim it still hit the tie rod end. I recommend 3/8 inch, that will do it. You'll need longer lug bolts to do this. | | |
