I have a 51 sub that I just put on the road. But I am missing the two nuts to install my repaired radio, Im looking for a parts house that can supply me with two nuts. many thanks for any help. Jack

which two nuts are you talking about? You could probably get a response by posting in the parts wanted section. I could probably help you out but all my radio items are packed away right now.

Thanks Fred for your help. the two nuts are for the shafs [ vol. tuner] that go through the dash and are put on the outside to hold the radio in. as side note I owned a t.v. and radio shop for 26 years. one would think I would have stuff just laying around, and I do but this. I thing I will blame this on my wife.

I hope to get unpacking my radio supplies sometime this summer. If you still don't have them by say July, send me a message or Email and I will send you two.

I did TVs years ago too. Those were the days, weren't they? I remember doing many a convergence adjustment with the mirror propped up in front!

Man I dont know what say, you guys are something . Ive been looking for at least two years on and off now. and all I get is strange looks, you want what???? The thing that realy gets me is I know Ive taken to the dumps maybe two or three trucks full of old [ WORKING RADIOS ] over the years. we would do the repair an then they would't come back to pick them up. tryed selling them, but they only fit what it came out of. gone thru my junk over an over nada. Well thankS again if you get lucky give me a email. MANY MANY THANKS. JACK hope I can be of some help to you.

Hey Peter, I didnt think I was going to live this long. The radios were a problem but the tv's that ended up the same way and cost me a mint. And as you mite know they are worth a mint too. All the cleaning started about 1972, oh well. Jack
