Hi all, I have a dealer-installed turn signal switch for my '52 pickup, but I don't know which wire goes where. It is the self-cancelling switch that has the little wheel that rubs on the back of the steering wheel and a little green indicator lamp. I have a new harness with TS wires built in, so I thought I'd try to hook this thing up. Anyone know what color goes where? Thanks, Tom

Those are cool. I had one a while back & put on a 55, I don,t remember how though. What color wires are on it? Maybe that will help.

They say money can't buy happiness. It can buy old Chevy trucks though. Same thing.

Just to provide some possible value to future readers: I think I have the wiring for this switch figured out. It is an Autolamp 9000 self-cancelling switch. I have taken it all apart and cleaned it, and plan to install it tonight. Here is the connection list:
Black: blinker can output
Yellow: Brake light switch
Brown: Left Rear
Blue: Right Rear
Green: Right Front
Red: Left Front
Orange: indicator terminal on flasher can (this one goes to the indicator bulb in the switch, not to the switch itself.) I'll be back with my hat in hand if this doesn't work smile Tom
