| | | | Joined: Jan 2008 Posts: 21 Apprentice | | Apprentice Joined: Jan 2008 Posts: 21 | Quick question, I am working on stripping my truck apart right now I have all the front sheet metal off finishing the bed and almost got the cab gutted out. However I've seen alot of talk about tipping the cab over on to the frame i like that idea but usually then there is talk about welding on the floor of the cab. Is that something that has to be done to take off the cab and put it back on? I really tought it was just disconnecting the wiring, pedals,steering, etc. and the four body to frame bolts. Could you vets enlighten me? This is my first truck but the first of many god willing so thanks for all the help.
