I haven't been able to get it to reg. on the gauge. I think the sender is for a 54 instead of a 50 according to the pic. in a catalog. I assume there is a world of diff. Right? Have you taken a look at your other post on this subject? There were some good ideas mentioned.
Commenting on this post, both units are electrically the same and I believe other than where the fuel pickup tube is, they are mechanically the same, so there doesn't seem to be a world of difference, and it should work fine. How about the wires and the dash gauge?
