does anyone know if a 70 gmc would fit bolt for bolt a 60-66 cab its a 3/4 ton frame and its good the cab is a 63 and is really nice and the idiot Po cut the frame off to make a trailer and i would like to resurrect it.

Hy mojave b, Seeing as how no-one else has answered your question, I'll take a stab at it. The body style changed in 1967, so I would doubt very much if the previous body design would drop on the newer frame bolt for bolt. You may be able to transfer the cab mounts from the older frame to the newer one, hope that helps.

thanks 3b for the info im going to make a few measurements after i remove the cab from the gmc along with the box so i can find the mounting points we will see to find out i just had a friend who used a 86 chevy dually frame under his 65 and i would like to find out if this other frame would ill post my findings along with a measurement set later on in the fourm
