Can anyone help me on installing the stainless cab trim to the standard cab? I understand that that holes have to be drilled to insert the clips on the raised part above and below the windows, back glass. I have the trim and clips. I am not sure where exactly to drill the holes, how far to space and what size the holes need to be. I have looked in all the original manuals, brochures and accessory pamplets, but no luck.
