Check in the Swap Meet forum. I don't think that those are being reproduced, so used is going to be the best bet.

There is one on EBAY right now.It has 2 days left on the sale. I am bidding on the right side. I don't know what the left side is up to, but you will probably have to go over $200, plus it is $70.00 shipping Greyhound. I don't know of any vendors that have the spare cutout style so look for a used one. Maybe JIMBO59CHEV has something, he is a good guy to deal with in the parts for sale forum. I would get one from him before buying on EBAY, but I know he does not have the right side I am looking for.

I saw one at a Swap Meet this summer... "only $35". But I didn't. Cletis and Tony in Weatherford were telling me to buy it but I was told by the BOSS (Robin59)that I couldn't buy anything because our family reunion was just that next week. "I wanted to cry" frown

check the events forum here, and the parts for sale forum to start, and search around the net for things in your area

TB,
I read an article where the fender was cut out in the corner and inverted upside down then welded creating the area for the spare. I don't know if that would work on yours. Maybe an idea.

Faced with the same problem, I bought a repo fender from Dynacorn and a rusted out fender with a spare tire cut-out, married the two, and ended up with what I wanted.

Go to www.ytmag.com, Go to FORUMS, Go to classic trucks, there is a guy there who has a cut-out, wants a standard. Maybe you can work something out.
