I'd be interested to know if you found someone capable of fabricating a pair of fenders - out of steel... and if so, how much did they quote?

There's a universe of difference between fabricating and repairing a pair of fenders and I'm sure there are people near you that can still metalfinish like the old days... when I was doing it.
