installing a new crate motor in my 66 c-10 as planned
going with long water pump, however my old bracket for the alternator doesnt seem to fit. same 350 engine, has anyone
come across this problem, any help, different bracket????

As for as the alternator bracket, you need one for a long water pump. Get on e-bay, or visit the local auto parts store, or the nearest junk yard. THANKS TIM, GOT IT RECTIFIED, TRUCK HAD LONG PUMP TO BEGIN
WITH, WHEN I BOUGHT CRATE MOTOR IT CAME WITH A SHORT PUMP
HAD TO DO WITH NEWER INTAKE MANIFOLD, GOT A NEW BRACKET
TO FIT, THANKS
