Here you go... I did this on my 60 235. It takes some "shadetree mechanicing". If you take a forged big block or small block short water pump crank pulley you will find the inside circle fits perfectly inside the 235 pulley so that it is indexed. Next you have to rotate it so that you can drill 3 holes without hitting one of the rivets, you will actually nick a couple of the heads but no big deal.
Use the proper diameter center punch to get exactly in the middle of the hole then drill them out. Tap the holes from the back to front and you have a single or dual accessory crank pulley. I have some pics if you send me your email.

I jumped through basically the same set of hoops trying to get the proper pulley setup for my 1956-235 in a 54 truck. After too much time spent on getting everything working I discovered that the pulley diameter was having an adverse effect on my pump speed and I still had a fan that was set too low in the radiator for proper cooling.

By using the adaptor plate behind an early 216-235 waterpump and fabricating a pass. side alternator mount, I run only one v-belt over the pump and drive my a/c compressor off the front v-groove in one of Buffalo's 2 groove modified 250 harmonic balancers. The up side of this is that it puts less strain on the pump and allows me to buy a replacement pump, if needed, from a local parts supplier. I have pics in my webshots album.
