I've noticed on some pictures of owner's truck frames, there are 4 brackets mounted on the frame behind the cab, 2 per side. Since my truck has a flatbed on it and I want to go back to a pickup box, do I need those? It looks like something required for mounting the box but I have no idea. All help is greatly appreciated!

Kermit:

You need the bed stand-offs to mount a fleetside bed on your rig.
