3) 2 years. My dad bought the truck in 1969 from my sisters inlaws, traded my brother for a pickup even up in 1975 and my brother used it and then let it set up for 13 years before he gave it to me.

AMEN to that Junkyard, Pervets, sickos and nutcases. It has help with my ISP installing anti-spam software. Them weirdos still sneek through every once in a while.

On the other side of the coin, I sure have meet some very nice, helpful and informatative people here on the world wide web. Especially here on the Stovebolt site. Thanks to all of you on some of my stupid posts. I faitfully vist this site and of course eBay each and every night, then I use a 8N **** tractor forum, very regular. Sorry about the "F" word, but I don't think Chevrolet made a tractor. Hey wait, does it count that I used 4 of the 6 spark plugs wires off of my 235 for my 8N, just the other day? lol!

Now back to the main question.

2. Machinist 19 years, also grew up in my dad's machine shop.

2. currently a 1949 3100 series Chevy 235 & original Muncie M420 tranny , Torque Tube still in it , work truck , great 20 footer , runs like a top .

Civil Servant , grew up in New England working these old nails on the farm and never stopped loving them , bought my 1st. Chevy P.U. @ age 18 ,had a brand " F " @ 14 and a brand " D " in my early teens .

Been a mechanic since I was short & young .

Industrial Electricity Instrutor (community college)

I bought my first truck (a 55 2nd series) when I was 15. Sold that truck when I was 25. (still kicking myself) My ex wife wouldn't let me get another one for over 10 years. Bought my 58 as a driver shortly after being thrown out of the house, then went nuts, bought a 41, then a 37, and now have enough parts for 3 41s and 2 37s. Amazing what happens when one of us old truck guys go unsupervised!!

2-work on a bank daytime, gasoline mechanic, engine assembler, hot rodder and engine swaps for performance during night and weekends.
3- 1' truck a D100 318V8 1971, git it in 1991, 3 years rebuilding it, driving it till 2 years ago,now needs painting, stored.
2' truck a 2500V10 Ram 1994, got it 2 1/2 years ago, driving it since. Planning to paint the D100 next year and putting it back to work togheter with the Ram.

1. 40 yrs old.
2. Parts counterman at the same Nissan dealership for the last 17 years.
3. Have had the 54 since 1994. This is my third A.D. since 1980 when my dad gave me my first, a 51.

have had the red58 long fleet about 8 years - B4 that was a 57 panel for many years, now off to a new home, and B4 that were a string of 60's chev/gmc drivers, and the latest is the frankentruck , but I'm still working on the next panel
started w/ trucks about 35 years ago w/ a 1955 Int'l panel, and have loved panels since

2. Freshman at MIT planning on studying aero/astro engineering.
3. My mom originally bought my '50 3100 when I was 10 or so. I started restoring it at 15. She gave it to me as a graduation present. Since I'm 1,400 miles away I don't get a chance to work on it much anymore.
