I am thinking of using the dropped axle that is made by classic performance products. Mainly because I already bought new stock leaf springs. Is anyone using this set-up?
No offense, I personaly don't want to use a sub-frame or ifs kit for my ride. Can you guys share your views with me on this subject. Is one better than the other, pro's v.s. con's.

The kit consisted of new front springs four leafs each and new shackles and bushings and lowering blocks and u-bolts for the rear. This set up lowered the truck by about two inches,I'm happy with the look and the improved ride. old navy 51............... | | |

I also have a 54 1/2 ton- and might decide to buy that kit-or did you go to mor-drop in oakland- I went there last year to help my friend buy his 4 inch drop- the place was great a ton of droped axles laying on tables ready to install.
