Does any one know if the driver side latches, strikers, hidden door latch mechanism and handle and their associated covers were continued into Panels and Suburbans up to 1955. I have seen the ones on the 55 and they look similar to the ones I need for the 53 Burb, but I didn't have them both in the same place at the same time.

Any help is appreciated.

Forgot to say that I'm speaking of the driver's side Barn Door stikers.

See if the above part # is one of the items that you are asking about.

Look around in that Master Parts Book and see if you can find what you are looking for.

Are you asking if the 53 parts match up with the 55 parts (first series 55)? If so, the answer is "most likely, yes".
