My '65 burb has the original 2 spoke steering wheel. The 2 spokes divide the circle of the steering wheel into 2 parts, one part being larger than the other. I have the wheel on with the smaller section at the top of the wheel when the tires are aimed straight ahead. MY chev. shop manual shows the steering wheel with the smaller section at the bottom, do i have my wheeel on upside down?

i love my dog's 1965 suburban.

The wheel came from the factory with the smaller opening to the bottom and the larger to the top. Either way, the horn button is correct. If you prefer the look of the smaller opening to the top, go for it.
