The Stovebolt Site Forums The Parking Lot Panels 'N Burbs Cab Corner Replacements

I'm sure at some point this has been asked. I did a search and turned up nothing though. So, how have you all gone about replacing the rear bottom cab corners on your panels & 'burbs?? Does someone offer patch corners yet?

Those parts from Wheelwright Restorations are beautiful. The price and quality are excellent - there is no way you could find a better price for that quality of work. I wish that those parts (and his other suburban parts) had been around when the metal was being replaced ($$$) on my suburban.

Often, he makes these parts in "production runs" and once they are all sold, it could be a while )or never) before he makes them again. If you will need them for your restoration, think about trying to buy them now.

The suburban rear quarter panels are also listed on ebay. These are the lower cab metal betwwen the side doors and the rear fenders.

This is the same persaon who makes the hand-made panels that are sold by Jim Carter.

Thanks for posting that link. I had seen the auction and simply don't have the money right now. But they look fantastic. So I'm assuming that Jim Carters does list the items, but probably doesn't have them in stock very often - correct?

I think Jim Carter is listing some of those parts and I think they come from the same source.
