Check out eBay item #2495855633 and item #2495307240. These panels have all the right curves and formed beads to match the areas most commonly rotted out. If you can put your had inside the rear corners or behind the doors, better call Ray! | | | | Joined: Sep 2001 Posts: 466 Shop Shark | Shop Shark Joined: Sep 2001 Posts: 466 | Very good looking corners!!!

I had to cut away a great deal of my Suburban rear fenders. Couldn't find panels anywhere. | | | | Joined: Oct 2003 Posts: 5,152 Cruising in the Passing Lane | Cruising in the Passing Lane Joined: Oct 2003 Posts: 5,152 | I just bid on some suburban parts on eBay, had the high bid, and then minutes later didn't. Then I looked to see who the bidder was. Okay SplashOil, you were there first, I'll let you have them...
MetalMan, I just sent you an email.

Spot welding, gringing and body filler followed. It took more body filler than I would have liked. | | | | Joined: Sep 2001 Posts: 466 Shop Shark | Shop Shark Joined: Sep 2001 Posts: 466 | Good question TM2. Any longggggg panel corners in the future MM ? I have a 3800 panel with a bad cab. I plan to cut off the rear end and make an AD fleetside bed for the 55.1. The only bad part or those longgggg corners.

I've been thinking about doing the same thing. I've seen it done on a 1/2-ton, but I'm playing with the idea of using a 1-ton and building an extended cab dually. Then I may also need those long corners...

Hey Metal Man, are you making any panels for the 41-46 burbs? I have a 45 that will be needing some sheetmetal next spring.....
