I need help with my turn signal assembly. I may be missing a few parts. Does anyone have pix of this for the 59?
Here is what I have-

I have a 54 assy and yours looks similar and correct as far as I can see. I don't recall the 2 small coil spings on mine however.

Have your tested the function yet?

I checked a photo of my assy and you ARE missing parts. The coil springs should connect to the turn signal cancelling thingies. Are your coil springs hanging loose?

These are 'L' shaped and pivot on the 2 posts to the right of each coil springs in your pic. On mine, it looks like a rivet holds these on - so I'm not sure how yours were removed.

It looks like your assy will function OK mechanically, but not automatically cancel. I've never run across these parts by themselves.

jgalt's got it, Garrett this one\'s rough and missing 1 spring [and it's attachment stud], but the 'thingies' are there that are missing on yours, and they're on a 'swedged' stud that should make them permanent - you'll hafta find the whole cancelling ring piece w/ all parts attached

Yes, it does work OK but does not cancel. American Classic has a canceling plate for $2.50 but that's all I can find anywhere.

Anyone have the parts to sell?

Yes Red56. The hole is a much bigger priority. I'm going to have to drop some kind of radio/CD player in soon. right now I'm trying to buy Christmas for 3 kids 13 to 8.

Sell those kids now while they are still young and cute!

It may already be too late for the 13-year-old!

In a few years you'll think Christmas was pocket change when you see how many trucks you could buy with just one year's college tuition money.

Don't say I didn't warn you!
