| | THANKS!
For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Aug 2006 Posts: 108 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Aug 2006 Posts: 108 | I have a 51 3100 Chevy with the stock 16" 6 bolt rims. I am contemplating swapping these out for newer style rims. Can someone provide info on what newer year rims will fit my truck without the use of a hub/stud adapter? I prefer to stick with 16" (so they do not look small in the wheel well)but may go to a 15" with a bigger profile set of rubber to compensate for the reduction in rim diameter. Thanks in advance.
Best Regards Will
