I have the 66 switch and the wires from it but i need to know what each one was meant to go to My truck now uses all 88 wires but i want to keep the 66 switch.

I have the one for the 88 now all i need to know is what wire on the switch goes to what.

Thanks Brian kc0kfg

Will this wiring diagram work with the '66 GMC 3/4 Ton truck? I have acquired a '66 Longbed 4x4, and I know there are some electrical issues that will need to be sorted through. Does anyone know who provides new wiring harnesses? Thanks for any help!

If you are interested in my '66, make me an offer! I also like doing work, and if you need some done, let me know! Tecnically I live in Southern California, but not for much longer, going back to the MidWest!

hemifalcon:

Factory wiring harness for '64-'66 Chevy trucks are available from bowtiebits.com, lmctrucks.com, chevyduty.com and oldchevytruck.com. I am not sure about the same era of GMC trucks. Good luck with your wiring.
