I am going to reassemble my front sheetmetal while changing out my radiator support and would like to purchase new seals, bolts etc to put it back together properly.

Can anyone let me know how many sheetmetal bolts are needed for fenders (4ea?) radiator support, grill and grill support. I know about the fender to cab seals but am I missing anything else?

Look up LMC Truck under the parts section they will tell how many of each you will need.

Staring at my '64 last nite, I came up w/about 60 of the 5/16"x1"or so (1/2" hex head) sheetmetal bolts, about 10 in each fender, 20 in the grille suport, 6 for grille, 8 for the cowl panels, 12 for rad support to inner fender, 6 for closing panels. About 12 of 3/8"x1"or so (9/16 hex head)bolts for teh inner fender to cab & fender bolts. You can prolly buy a bolt bag from the suppliers w/all the front bolts in it. I am cheap, I cleaned up my old ones & used ones from other trucks also, my buddy bought all new bolts for his 69 only to find thet had no coating of any kind & rusted in just a few weeks. Brian
