who make a complete rebuild kit for the drum brakes on a 59 chevy 3/4-ton? i need them for the front and rear?

The Wagner part # for the wheel cylinders F18009 fits 56-59 front & rear Except front axle of 4X4 which is F18290, and F18291 / master cylinder #F21680, the shoes are 12x2 and part #310 hold down kit #F19471 front or back

You should be able to buy what you need at a local mom & pop parts store. Go with new wheel cylinders, I've never had any luck with rebuilding. You might have to send your shoes off to get relined, but I'm not sure.
