where's the best place to put the chain to pull a 216 motor? head bolts?

I make a bracket to bolt on to the coil mounting boss & wrap the other end around the intake manifold.

I use two head bolt locations one frt. and one oposite rear corner. You can use ring bolts (got mine at tractor supply) in place of the head bolts; chain hook though the eye bolts and then a screw leveler bar so engine can be tilted frt. to rear.


34 & 35 trucks are the greatest

we did it just like 35 trucker posted above with a bolt on each side. Its a little blurry but:
