We have gotten several hundred dollar in parts from Carter, and have never receive one of these emails. Every time I see it, its in a yahoo group, from someone called ccpanel. This person lives in CA, not MO or KS. The code is differnt every time, but the dates seem to stay the same. Curious to know who this ccpanel is and why he advertises Carters sales on the net. The last time I saw this, it was placed late in the evening, for a sale that day. I think it strange.
