Wow, I finally took the bed off of my truck.. wow wow wow.. it was actually kinda hard getting the bed off. Most of the bolts I took off broke off (by the way, there were 6 long bolts that held the bed in place.. usually there are 4, but there were 6 on this thing!) Anyways, the bed needs a LOOOOOT of work.. its pretty rusted and in bad condition. The front panel and tailgate will need to be replaced as well. I will keep yall updated! I'll get pics soon, maybe tonight/tomorrow.

sound like what I will run into, have to replace the front panel, tailgate, one or two cross pieces, hopfully next month I'll pull it off........then work on the rear frame....then...Looking forward to it though!!

I think all of my cross pieces will need to be replaced. They're pretty rough with rust, beyond repair smile - Ok I need to go take some pics..
