Anyone know of a company making a Canvas spare tire cover//(17 in wheel) for 36 half ton pickup?
They have vinyl...but want tan canvas. Thanks,

Bruce,

In my searches through car part, boat stuff, and RV suppliers, I've never seen one.

You might have to get creative and have one made. I would check with some upholstery shops, or shops that make tarps, or boat covers.

I wouldn't imagine it would be that much, to have one made. Besides, you would know for sure it fit.

Jed is right on with his thoughts. An upholstery shop , be it auto or boat, is your best bet. You can select the exact material and color you want it made of to match your truck.

You will probably want to specify Sunbrella or Super Sunbrella rather than canvas; looks the same, but resists rot. Most boat upholsterers and awning makers use it.

JC Whitney has white or black vinyl ones... not made real terrific, you have to be careful when you pull it tight cause they tear at the seams easy. But once on it looks ok. Haven't seen any canvas ones at all.
