I lease a farm/ranch of nearly 2000 acres. I do not kill predators, and have coyotes, snakes and hawks.

And I have a terrible mouse problem.

Poison in the truck is my only defense.

I had a stray female cat move in on us. She is semi-tame and likes catfood but apparently grew up mostly wild. She had kittens and hid them so well that we couldn't find them for nothing. Now the kittens are grown up and 75% wild. I haven't had any mice problems this year so I didn't even try any of the trapping ideas.

I found 3 mice in a "catch alive" trap today, and one of the cats killed one in the house last night...

I use peanut butter because the little rats cant resist it...

put a bit of peanut butter on a small piece of wood in a bucket... the mices cant swim all night...

Another quality post.
