Were they part of the lounge destruction?
Anyone? | | | | Joined: Nov 1995 Posts: 5,470 Bond Villain | Bond Villain Joined: Nov 1995 Posts: 5,470 | They're around. I think they're both pretty busy these days.
They are a few Stovebolters who we haven't seen here in a while that have things going on in their lives that preclude them from active participation. Not all of it is good, so please keep them in your prayers.
One, Koolcar, just lost his dad this week. If you have a moment and you have his email, I'm sure a note from his fellow Stovebolters will make his day a little better.
Thanks, John

The SKU 67B and the Timkins I've seen have a plastic ball bearing frame, they are running about 30 bucks. I'm on the hunt for one that has a metal frame. I got one inner with the metal frame so I figure if I search long enough I'll find what I'm looking for. Oh yeah, Ken I tried tah call yah (Tah Talk Trucks........& gloat) but as usual your secretary wouldn't let me talk tah yah, I guess she thinks I'm trying tah sell you Long Distance Service or Insurance or something. N2 Thanks for thinking of me. Milliman knows I'll NEVER leave this place I just don't have much tah say...............that won't get me in trouble. Adios Amigos, Kip

Kip - sorry about the inquisition you were subjected to. All you have to say is that you are a truck buddy and you will get right through. Just back from Germany from a big trade show (Glasstec in Dusseldorf) . . . looks like we are going international! I never would have thunk that what started in a garage would become something that companies around the globe would want to buy from us. Haven't touched a truck for about a month except to prep the '38 for winter. Business has taken off like a runaway freight train - I hope it doesn't jump the tracks! The local papers even did an article on us. Until I figure out how to steer this thing and get a few more people on board to help out . . . I pretty much limit my lurking to a few lunch hours a week.
Life's short - don't waste it.
