Fahr has the correct pick in Austin.

Crossroads Cafe in Schwertner (7 miles east of Jarrell) has the best hamburger in this part of the country.

Thirteen miles down the road in Walburg Dale's Essenhaus does burgers up right.

Both are a pleasant trip down a two lane road in my stovebolt.

Drivin' down a 2 lane country road in a stovebolt.....cowboy, it don't get no better than this!

Wasn't there a Steak Burger in Hazel Dell years ago? Minature golf and burgers?

Its been 12 years since I lived in Vancouver and longer since I ate at that place.

I would have to agree with In-N-Out burger. We have a few here in AZ. In fact there is one out in front of my office. My wife has limited my to one a week. If it were up to me I would eat there every day. grin

Yes OldSub, there was just such a place. I always thought that a rather odd combination. Ate there a time or two, but never tried the golf course grin
