This time I'm going a little thinner in front. | | | | | Joined: Nov 2004 Posts: 1,552 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Nov 2004 Posts: 1,552 | Check out Coker Tires. I have their catalog and they have lots of period correct, as well as custom applications for cars and trucks. Good luck with your project. | | | | | Joined: Jan 2005 Posts: 48 Junior Member | | Junior Member Joined: Jan 2005 Posts: 48 | If you want a nice tall whitewall tire, an ideal size on a 8" rim is 265/75 x15 which gives a nice sidewall curve but not stretched. Its about 30" tall.
I'm using Dayton's (made by BFG?) in this size | | | | | Joined: Feb 2005 Posts: 112 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Feb 2005 Posts: 112 | have you got a picture of that tire rim combo lmk thx | | |
